CSA Week 6 - July 6th - chinese-style green beans
CSA Week 6 includes Scotch kale, celery, parsley, carrots, green beans, cabbage, eight ball squash, zucchini, yellow squash, cucumbers, daikons, jalapenos (we could take as many as we wanted), basil (we could take as much as we wanted), beets, onions, radishes, and summer spinach.
For dinner I made Chinese-style green beans. The beans were a little on the large side, so didn't cook down as much as I like, but they were still great.
We ate green beans with leftover okonomiyaki (it can be frozen) and some Blue Oven bread with kimchi butter.

This meal looks so great! I hope you plan to spend some time cooking when you visit Wisconsin!
