CSA Week 2 - June 11th - dehydrating herbs, freezing okonomiyaki, and leftover salad

Nothing too earth-shattering today.


I dehydrated the parsley (including some left over from last week) and the dill in our dehydrator at work.


I also froze the five leftover okonomiyaki (hope it works). Update 7/6: it does.

We ate leftover Italian chopped salad for dinner.

Stay tuned for an exciting weekend project that will give purpose to all the cruciferous root vegetables in my refrigerator.
